How to Work with Me.
Your first appointment is a 90-minute Initial Session & Synergy Pattern Assessment.
This is where we look beyond individual symptoms to understand the wider pattern, how it may be showing up in your body, and what may be keeping you stuck in the same cycle.
You will leave with your personalised maps, a clear summary of what has been identified, and a recommendation for the most supportive way forward.
For most clients, the next step is a structured reset of 3, 5 or 7 sessions.
Each follow-up builds on the original assessment, so we are not starting again with a new problem every time. We stay focused on the agreed pattern, review what has changed, and work with one relevant aspect at a time through clinical reflexology, Reiki, sound healing and gentle integration tools where appropriate.
This creates a clear pathway rather than a series of disconnected treatments.
There is no obligation to continue after your initial assessment. If further support would be helpful, I will explain what I recommend and why, so you can make an informed decision.

This 90-minute session is designed to look beyond individual symptoms and identify the wider pattern affecting how you feel.
Through focused consultation, clinical reflexology, Reiki, intuitive observation and body mapping, I bring together what you are experiencing emotionally, how your body has been coping, and where stress or tension may be showing physically.
The aim is to help you understand why you may feel stuck in the same cycle and what needs the most attention moving forward.
You will leave with:
- your personalised Foot and Body Synergy Maps
- a clear summary of the main pattern identified
- a focused recommendation for the most appropriate next step
This is not a routine treatment.
It is the starting point for a more structured, guided and individual approach.

This 90-minute session builds directly on the pattern identified during your assessment.
We begin by reviewing what has changed, what still feels present and which single aspect would be most useful to focus on that day. The session may include clinical reflexology, Reiki, sound healing and gentle integration tools, depending on what is most appropriate.
The aim is not to start again with a new issue each time, but to continue the work with clarity, structure and direction.
Pay As You Go sessions are best suited to clients who want occasional support or are not ready to commit to a full pathway.
For more consistent progress, a structured 3, 5 or 7 Session Reset may be recommended.

Distance Healing & Online Guidance - 60 min - Online

A structured online session designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional reset.
We begin with a brief consultation to clarify what you are experiencing and what you would like to shift. The healing itself is delivered remotely using Reiki and energy based work.
You will need a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can lie down or sit comfortably.
At the end of the session, I will outline clear recommendations for next steps if further support is appropriate.
Distance sessions are ideal if:
• You live outside North Devon
• Travel is difficult due to work, childcare or health
• You are recovering and prefer to remain at home
• You want ongoing support without attending in person
• You prefer a contained, online format
