Your healing journey starts with the Initial Consultation and Treatment, which is required for all first time clients. This ninety minute session is a complete assessment beginning with a gentle conversation about your physical and emotional wellbeing, followed by reflexology and energy healing. I take dedicated time to read what your feet are showing and what is present in your energetic field so I can understand the deeper patterns at play and support you in the most effective way going forward.

These sessions follow your Initial Consultation and are guided by the assessment and recommendations made at that time.
Ongoing sessions are designed to build on one another, allowing the nervous system to regulate more fully and patterns of stress, emotional load, and physical tension to shift over time. The focus is on continuity rather than one off sessions, with care adapting as your system responds.
Where appropriate, simple practices may be offered between sessions to support integration and help changes settle into everyday life.
